Material & finish

The frame is made of high-pressure die-cast aluminum. The seat and backrest are made of recyclable plastic. The combination ensures stability and elasticity.

Weatherproof materials. Cleaning with water and mild detergent is sufficient.

Optimal use and maintenance

The coated aluminum frames and Batyline® fabric backrests and seats make all the furniture in the collection extremely easy to maintain and suitable for use in harsh, salty climates such as by the sea or at the swimming pool.

Batyline® is a textile weave that is used in combination with aluminum furniture in a similar way to Textilene. The fabric is very thin and therefore appears light and modern. Batyline is also very robust, suitable for outdoor use and is characterized by its high tear resistance and dimensional stability. The special thing about the material is that it is very ecological and sustainable. Thanks to a specially developed process, the fabric is 100% recyclable. The recyclability of Batyline avoids unnecessary waste and conserves resources. Despite its quick-drying properties, you should only place furniture with the cover under a protective cover when the fabric is completely dry. Otherwise the moisture cannot escape.

You can also order optional protective covers for your Tribù furniture. The gray covers are made of PU-coated polyester and are water-repellent and UV-resistant. Thanks to their excellent breathability, the covers reduce condensation and heat build-up, preventing the formation of mold. Nevertheless, they are not 100% waterproof. Always make sure that furniture, cushions and covers are completely dry before covering furniture.

Cleaning and maintenance

Frame: Clean the aluminum frame with water and a PH-neutral soap. Use the "Aluminum Cleaner" from Tribù for all stubborn dirt. We also recommend impregnating the aluminum parts twice a year with the "Teflon Protector" to give the material extra protection against dirt.

Reclining surface: Clean regularly with water and PH-neutral soap. For stubborn stains, use the "Synthetic Super Cleaner" from Tribù. Avoid using sharp objects or a high-pressure cleaner.
