At the heart of the TOSCA daybed is the exquisite seat shell, which consists of an exceptionally wide, vertical weave. The innovation in the material is remarkable: foam rubber is encased in a seamless, knitted cover made of Textilene and Tricord®. This combination not only feels extremely comfortable but also looks natural and is 100% weather-resistant. Optimal use and maintenance

All furniture in the Tosca collection is extremely easy to maintain thanks to its stainless steel frame and backrest made of woven Tricord® and a seat made of Sunbrella and is also suitable for use in harsh, salty climates such as by the sea or by the swimming pool.

Tricord® consists of a durable polyester core and a weather-resistant polyolefin shell - strong on the inside, soft on the outside.

You can also optionally order protective covers for your Tribù furniture. The gray covers are made of PU-coated polyester and are water-repellent and UV-resistant. Thanks to their excellent breathability, the covers reduce condensation and heat build-up - thus preventing the formation of mold. However, they are not 100% waterproof. Always ensure furniture, cushions and covers are completely dry before covering furniture.

Cleaning and maintenance

Frame: Clean the stainless steel frame with water and a PH-neutral soap. For all stubborn dirt, we recommend the “Aluminium Cleaner” from Tribù. We also recommend impregnating the aluminum parts twice a year with “Teflon Protector” to particularly protect the material from dirt.

Backrest/seat: Before use, we recommend treating the Tricord® fabric with Tribù's “Textile Protector” - this product forms an invisible dirt- and water-repellent film on the fabric. Tricord® and Sunbrella can be cleaned with clear tap water and a pH-neutral cleaning agent - for stubborn stains we recommend the “Synthetics Super Cleaner” from Tribù.
