FLOOR LAMP TOIO
A 300W car headlight imported from the USA is not only the actual light source, but also the inspiration behind the Toio floor lamp. In its original form, Toio was equipped with an iron core transformer in the lamp's steel base, as the light source required low voltage.
Now the floor lamp is equipped with a 220V light source and a 4-level dimmer, but has retained its original shape. The telescopic pole is "light as a fishing rod" and is attached to the side of the base at the desired height with a screw. 3 fishing line rings serve as holders for the cable.
Toio is another example of how the Castiglioni brothers play with finished objects.
