The Icarus In contrast, it is modeled after the shape of a large leaf. The canopy not only provides shade but can also serve as a windbreak on the sides. With Paraflex Umbrosa offers a particularly space-saving solution for smaller patios, balconies, and dining areas. The umbrella is mounted to a wall or fence via a movable arm. This eliminates the need for a cumbersome center pole or large umbrella base that would take up space in the usable area. Depending on the model, the arm can be swiveled and the umbrella positioned flexibly.

The Infina offers a particularly minimalist take on the classic center-pole umbrella. The design eliminates visible ribs beneath the canopy, creating a clean, elegant look. The Eclipsum In contrast, with its large, round canopy and side frame, it adds a deliberately sculptural touch.

Other collections such as Versa, Nata UX, Aurelis and the sunshade Ingenua expand the product range with a variety of shapes, operating concepts, and styles. Depending on the model, various sizes, frame colors, and fabric options are available. In the PX collections, the frame, canopy fabric, and base can be combined in a highly customizable way.

Umbrosa collaborates with both its own design team and international designers. The collections are designed not only to follow short-term trends but also to remain functional, distinctive, and suitable for long-term use. Ease of use plays a central role in this: Many umbrellas can be rotated, tilted, swiveled, or locked into different positions.

The frames are primarily made of durable anodized or powder-coated aluminum. Depending on the model, they are complemented by stainless steel, fiberglass, and UV-resistant outdoor fabrics. Many umbrella canopies are made of water-repellent acrylic fabric and are designed for high colorfastness when used outdoors.

Umbrosa also offers a variety of mounting solutions. In addition to mobile bases with casters, tile stands, ground anchors, and permanent installation options are available. All design, assembly, and installation take place in Belgium. The fabrics are inspected on-site and sewn by hand, while the frames and bases are assembled by the installation team. During the production process, the products undergo several quality checks.

To ensure long-term use, Umbrosa offers a comprehensive spare parts and after-sales service program. Replacement canopies, frames, and individual components can be ordered even after the standard warranty has expired. The warranty period ranges from two to 15 years, depending on the component.
