The airy, elegant shapes of the CTR collection combine technology with natural elegance. CTR owes its name to the powder -coated stainless steel pipe frame, which represents an uninterrupted line. With the CTR sofa, the Italian designer Piergiorgio Cazzaniga realizes something in which it is good: technical expertise with an apparently simple design. The corners of the frame are straight, but the pipe profile stays round - great manual skills are required for production.

The backrest is connected to the seat at only two points, which seems to float it. Another highlight is the open structure - it is reminiscent of the centuries -old tradition of weaving and creates a flexible back support.

The corner sofa is available in white and Wengé and is delivered with a spacious seating and back cushion.

Each backrest is handled by hand with the Tricord® - the material was developed exclusively for Tribù and is particularly resistant to UV and throughout. Optimal use and maintenance

All furniture in the CTR collection is extremely easy to maintain thanks to its stainless steel frame and woven Tricord® backrest and is also suitable for use in harsh, salty climates such as by the sea or by the swimming pool.

The backrest consists of a stainless steel frame into which Tricord® has been woven - this can be completely replaced if necessary. Tricord® consists of a durable polyester core and a weather-resistant polyolefin shell - strong on the inside, soft on the outside.

You can also optionally order protective covers for your Tribù furniture. The gray covers are made of PU-coated polyester and are water-repellent and UV-resistant. Thanks to their excellent breathability, the covers reduce condensation and heat build-up - thus preventing the formation of mold. However, they are not 100% waterproof. Always ensure furniture, cushions and covers are completely dry before covering furniture.

Cleaning and maintenance

Frame: Clean the stainless steel frame with water and a PH-neutral soap. For all stubborn dirt, we recommend the “Aluminium Cleaner” from Tribù. We also recommend impregnating the aluminum parts with “Teflon Protector” twice a year to particularly protect the material from dirt.

Backrest: Before use, we recommend treating the Tricord® fabric with Tribù's “Textile Protector” - the product forms an invisible dirt and water-repellent film on the fabric. Tricord® can be cleaned with clear tap water and a pH-neutral cleaning agent - for stubborn stains we recommend the “Synthetics Super Cleaner” from Tribù.
