The airy design and the warm combination of teak and the soft, woven straps give the Mood collection an amazingly natural charm.

The weave of the backrest of this bar chair is hand-woven with tricord weave, which is made of polyolefin and polyester and is available in 5 colors: stone gray (shown here) moss - linen - earth brown and wengé.

The material is weather-resistant, but still has a very natural look and feel. The soft, rounded design of the table and chairs will create an intimate atmosphere on your terrace.

You can choose the cushions that match your chairs from the entire Tribù color palette so that they fit perfectly into your outdoor design. The filling is made of dry foam and is therefore permeable to water.

Optimal use and maintenance

All furniture in the MOOD collection is extremely easy to maintain thanks to its frame made of teak wood and tricord weave and is also suitable for use in harsh, salty climates such as by the sea or by the swimming pool.

You can also optionally order protective covers for your Tribù furniture. The gray covers are made of PU-coated polyester and are water-repellent and UV-resistant. Thanks to their excellent breathability, the covers reduce condensation and heat build-up - thus preventing the formation of mold. However, they are not 100% waterproof. Always ensure furniture, cushions and covers are completely dry before covering furniture.

Cleaning and maintenance

Frame: Treat new teak with Tribù's “Teak Protector” 4 to 6 weeks after first use. This leaves an invisible layer, which prevents stains and green deposits.

Dirty teak can be cleaned with the “Teak Super Cleaner” from Tribù. Allow the furniture to dry completely and then apply the “Teak Protector” again. To avoid labor-intensive cleaning, you can also treat the wood with Tribù’s “Teak Sealer”. Simply cleaning with water and a pH-neutral soap will last for many years. Teak Sealer contains UV protection to slow graying and a fungicide to prevent mold from forming.

Backrest: We recommend treating Tricord braces with Textile Protector before use, which applies an invisible, dirt and water-repellent film. The fabric can be cleaned with plain water and a pH-neutral cleaning agent or Synthetics Super Cleaner. Let the cleaning agent work for a while and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. On cloudy days, drying may take some time.
